About Gazelle

Gazelle is product search for small and mid-size online stores that have outgrown their platform's built-in search but don't want an enterprise contract.

Why we built it

Built-in store search matches exact words in product titles. Shoppers don't type exact words: they misspell on phones, paste SKUs with dashes, and ask for “under 100”. Every one of those searches that comes back empty is a sale the store never sees. Gazelle fixes the search, then shows the merchant which searches still fail so they can fix those too.

What we focus on

• Search that forgives typos and understands SKUs and variants.
• Search analytics that lead to a fix, not just a chart.
• Plans a small store can afford, with prices on the website.

Where we are
