Instant product search for the Divi theme.
Divi's Theme Builder lets you design a global header with modules. A Code or Text module holding Gazelle's shortcode replaces Divi's search with instant product results.

1. Install Gazelle Search
In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New, search for "Gazelle Search", install and activate it. WooCommerce must be active. Set the placeholder text and colors under Gazelle Search → Search Bar Settings, and the result layout under Gazelle Search → Autocomplete.
2. Edit the global header
Go to Divi → Theme Builder and edit (or add) the Global Header. Add a Code module (or a Text module) where you want the search and paste [gazellesearch]. Save and exit the builder.
3. Remove Divi's search
If your header uses a Search module or the Menu module's search icon, remove the Search module or turn off "Show Search Icon" in the Menu module settings.
Using Divi's default header
Without a Theme Builder header, turn off the search icon in Theme Customizer → Header & Navigation and add the shortcode with a Code module to the top of your pages, or use a widget area.
Check it on a phone
Turn on the mobile search overlay in Gazelle Search → Search Bar Settings so results open full screen above the keyboard. If space in the mobile header is tight, use the icon-only option. Then search for a product name and a SKU on a real phone.

Questions
- Does the dropdown appear above Divi's sticky header?
- It's designed to sit above page content. If a sticky header covers it, email us your URL and we'll help adjust the z-index.
- Does Gazelle change my theme's files?
- No. The search bar is added with a shortcode or widget through the theme's own settings, so theme updates won't remove it and you can undo it at any time.
